All of our facilities are equipped to provide a wide range of services; carpet and upholstery restoration, cabinet making, millwork, deodorization and drying chambers, contents cleaning, full laundry processing and contents storage. At all of our branches we ensure our equipment and technology is constantly updated and current.

Our regional head office location in Vancouver expands those capabilities even further. This 50,000 sq. ft. facility is able to provide a wide range of services most other restoration firms cannot, such as on site art and electronics equipment restoration area, laundry facility, carpet and upholstery departments, deodorization chambers, contents storage and a dedicated viewing area. This translates into one of the largest and most capable restoration firms in all of Canada.

Our processing plants in both provinces are the most up to date in terms of execution of linear flow (dirty to clean) thus avoiding cross contamination. The services we provide are largely in-house and consequently we are able to maintain greater control of your possessions.

Lab

On Side is extremely proud to recognize our fully accredited in-house lab used for the testing of hazardous materials such as asbestos. It is located in our Vancouver branch and has been in service since April 2007. We create assessments for any required remedial activity, taking samples of all suspected hazardous materials and processing them in our lab*, providing detailed reporting to all those required for a particular project. Our qualified technicians work closely with experienced Industrial Hygienists and the lab participates in proficiency testing with the AIHA (American Industrial Hygiene Association**), and we also participate in their BAPAT (Bulk Asbestos Proficiency Analytical Testing) program.

We have analysed over 3,000 samples since the commemoration of operation of our lab.

Results have an impressive turn around time, taking on average no more than half an hour per sample.

Our goal is to provide not only effective remediation and safely remove hazardous materials in such severe situations, but to lessen the interruption to ongoing operations and to the environment.  On Side Restoration is constantly researching and developing technology and processes to provide sustainable remediation solutions for now and in the future.

Please note:  All specialty remediation projects conform to the Occupational Health & Safety Act, the Ministry of Labour Guidelines and the Ministry of Environment's Guidelines.
