Project Manager

 As Project Manager you will be the person who makes things happen - from the moment you are handed the project it is your responsibility to estimate the work required, schedule, coordinate and manage site contractors and act as point of contact for the client.

The size of the projects will inevitably vary in size and complexity so you will need strong technical and construction knowledge as well as the ability to manage multiple projects continuously.

You will have 2+ years of experience, solid computer skills, unit price estimating proficiency, required RIA/IICRC certifications and a proven ability to succeed.

Due to the nature of the projects it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills and are able to be empathetic with clients in what can be very stressful situations, it is essential that you are efficient and  organized in your work practices.
