Cleaning Technician

 POSITION SUMMARY:

 The technician is dispatched to assigned customer locations to perform content restoration and/or structural cleaning tasks. Customer service skills and quality of work must be of the highest standard.

 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Is respectful of co-workers and clients.
• Follows direction willingly and accurately.
• Demonstrates professional knowledge of company processes and products.
• Exhibits excellent work habits and efficiency.
• Understands and practices inventory and packing procedures.
• Understands and practices structural cleaning procedures.
• Operates a company vehicle with good judgement, obeying all traffic laws, rules and regulations.
• Participates in the on-call team rotation.

 OTHER EXPECTATIONS:

• Maintain a high level of personal grooming and appearance.
• Meet company standards for attendance and punctuality.
• Fosters good work relationships at all levels of the company.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid AB Driver's licence
• Possess legible writing skills
• Exhibit excellent command of the English language, written and spoken.
• Able to lift 50 pounds as may be required.
• Available for on-call and after hours work in addition to regular hours.
• Level 1 first aid or a willingness to obtain same (course provided by the company).
• Wear required personal protective equipment such as respirators and tyvek coveralls.
• Work in high temperature environments and in small and confined spaces.
