How do you create a successful company in which people can develop and enjoy working together?
The mission of the human resources department is to aid in professional achievement and the personal excellence of the people involved in our business. On Side values individual differences and encourages employee’s daily development through interaction, providing tools for positive communication, building and maintaining trust and sharing knowledge. At On Side we conduct our business openly and honestly, treating our employees with dignity.
Our objective is to be recognized in the restoration industry as the leading company offering employees an exciting and rewarding career. To that end, we've dedicated ourselves to continuous improvement. Whether it's our people, our equipment, our processes or our industry, we always strive for excellence.
At On Side, the objective of our human resources
operations is to make use of the power and potential inherent in every employee.
With entrepreneurial spirit as our guiding principle, we have fostered a strong
and vital company culture from one branch to the next, creating, in turn, the
best conditions for maintaining an effective supply of skilled personnel for
the company.
Our employees are continuously given new insights on strategy, leadership, communication
and technical development through on-going training programs. We partner with
the best to offer the best.
On Side’s in-house technical programs are augmented with on-site, public and individual training opportunities providing state of the art knowledge of all aspects of the restoration industry. This provides our employees with the relevant knowledge to support fellow colleagues and customers in complex restoration problems.
On Side is the only restoration company in Canada to combine a detached on-site training center, and demonstration area. Located on our head office property our Training Centre is dedicated to the continued education of our employees, hosting staff from all of our branches across BC and Alberta as well as visitors from within our industry. Occupational related topics associated with the restoration and insurance industries are offered in a series of on-going programs in addition to specific or special events.
