eClaim™ is On Side's revolutionary, custom developed, central management system. eClaim™ tracks all aspects of a claim from first notice of loss straight through to guaranteeing the insured's satisfaction when the job is complete.

This claims management system is utilized by both internal employees and external clients.

Internally, eClaim™ is the machine that keeps all of On Side's departments operating smoothly and efficiently. Along the way, any activity done to a claim is noted allowing for an accurate audit trail. This not only allows the real time information to be accessed but it also enables On Side to recognize potential issues, and apply solutions, proactively, while delivering quality restoration in the most timely manner possible.

Externally, the system can be accessed to provide information to the adjuster, broker and/or property manager - all in "real time." Communication is accurate and fast. Either a log-in to eClaim or a simple phone call to On Side Live, (On Side's 24/7 internal call center) will provide accurate information on any claim in any of the provinces On Side serves.
