How long will the emergency work take?

The time required to complete emergency service work varies greatly on the size and complexity of the claim. The goal of emergency service is to stabilize the environment. Your Project Manager should be able to provide you with details once he/she has had the chance to do a proper examination of what is required for stabilization.

When will the demolition start?

Demolition can begin as soon as a crew is scheduled and the insurance adjuster has agreed to the amount of tear-out required. On occasion we also have to ensure that various items do not contain asbestos. We are required by WCB to test all drywall, linoleum, texture, and other finishes in pre-1990 homes. This can delay the process slightly.
