On Side works very hard to ensure that clients have a positive experience. By offering various training courses coupled with teaching consistent process execution, we set our crews up for success.
To monitor this, we have a Client Services Quality Control Department located at our head office in Vancouver. File audits and field audits are conducted, results tabulated, and if necessary, action plans are put in place and tracked to allow for a positive outcome.
As an additional auditing measure, On Side contracts out to an independent third party company to conduct Customer Surveys on all of our closed jobs. These results are compiled and reviewed and staff are rewarded or if necessary, coached further.
Though On Side has skilled and qualified labour to manage any job, large or small, from time to time we require additional labour. We recognize the need to take a proactive approach to managing our relationships with our approved sub-trades and have established protocols on how they are to conduct themselves with Insureds, other sub-trades and On Side staff. All sub-trades used within On Side are registered with WCB and carry general liability insurance.
