Saving the World at Work!

On Side has been working hard over the last few years to reduce our carbon footprint on the environment. We have made purchase decisions and process decisions with this in mind. In order to get to the next level, we have decided it is time to involve every employee at On Side. 

To encourage this, we introduced a contest asking how we can further make a positive impact on the environment. We are asking our employees to submit ideas that we can implement. We set criteria to gather their input on what they feel we can do and how. 1 top winner in each province will be selected. Of course we won't stop there! Other ideas that we can set in place will also be awarded.

We are excited to extend this to our employees so they can feel that a sense of accomplishment, knowing that they made a noticeable difference!
