I just wanted to email you to thank you and the rest of the men who have been working on the restoration on our home after the water damage that occurred in January.   Ross and I have both been extremely impressed with not only the level of work that they have done, but also the professionalism of all of them.  They have happily and patiently answered all of our questions, and explained to us what they were doing at the time and what the next step in the process was.

On Friday of last week, John contacted me to let me know there was a  crack in the ceiling that neither Ross or I had noticed when we looked.  I was extremely impressed not only that it was discovered, but that he fixed it so quickly.  In past we have had some  poor experiences with work done on our residences, but we are both extremely happy with the work that was done by your employees.
