On Side Restoration is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager (QA Manager) to join our team!
The QA Manager works with stakeholders to resolve escalated situations involving customers and clients. With customer service as a top priority, the QA Manager ensures customer feedback is acknowledged, documented, reported, and investigated. The QA Manager brings expertise in de-escalation through analysis, relationship building, collaborative problem-solving, and a combination of negotiation and mediation practices. The QA Manager builds excellent relationships building trust through excellent communication.
The QA Manager works in a cross-functional capacity working with various On Side departments from Safety, training, marketing and finance.

This role is remote for Western Canada. We’re proud to support a flexible hybrid approach which gives everyone the best of both worlds. While there are no minimum or maximum time requirements, each team’s need for in-person connections will be different and there will be times you’ll join your colleagues at the office.
