On Side Restoration is looking for a Contact Center Coordinator (CCC) to join our amazing customer experience team! This position is remote (home based) from any location On Side has a branch location.
The mission of the customer experience team is to ensure all customer inquiries are answered in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. The CCC supports the Contact Center Agents by assisting the management team with training, coaching, managing, reporting, and measuring KPI’s.
