Associate, Client Solutions – Toronto

Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000/year (full-time/permanent)

On Side Restoration requires a driven, poised, and exceptionally organized Client Solutions Associate (CSA). This role will support internal team members with their Account Management and Business Development initiatives. A natural networker with professional grace. This outgoing person takes the initiative to help grow and strengthen client relationships; face to face or behind the scenes.

CSA responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Administrative support for team members, including client requests.
• Liaising with internal team members and external clients.
• Virtual management, documentation and follow up for Client meetings.
• Event planning, coordination, and completion.
• Stakeholder communication.
• Client page creations, reviews, and updates.
• File reviews, cheque requisitions, expense reports, document tracking.
• Portal updates and assistance.
• Sponsorship requests
• Golf registration including hosting hole sponsorship.
• Venue and event scouting.
• Catering orders and event preparation.
• Event collateral creation
• Hosting and or attending functions representing On Side.

Nice to have’s:

• Administrative Professional Certificate.
• 2+ years working with Executive teams.
• 2+ years working with external clients.
• Demonstrated CANVA experience.
