Project Supervisor – Winnipeg

Compensation: $26 – $29 hour (full-time / permanent)

The Job – Project Supervisor

Project Supervisors work directly with multiple Project Managers to ensure the correct execution and timely completion of projects. Supervising operations personnel and working on various projects in the field ensures the Project Supervisor is always on the move. With their extensive construction/restoration experience, superior communication and analytical skills, strong organizational abilities, and passion for getting work done on time and under budget, the Project Supervisor is key to On Side’s success.

Project Supervisors are responsible for:

• Working within a budget to get a job done
• Communicating with management, clients, employees
• Weekly Fleet Checks
• Site Safety Inspections
• Leadership and Coaching Field Staff
• Responsibility for team schedule
• Monitor and maintain schedules, collaborating with stakeholders regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Documentation of site visits and job progress

What you bring:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Superior communication skills: dealing with homeowners, Project Managers, Stakeholders and employees
• Construction related experience
• Ability to work within a budget
• Leadership abilities and a preference for teamwork
• Valid driver’s licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)

Other stuff that’ll help you be successful:

• Skilled trade(s) or IICRC certificates
• Knowledge of basic drying concepts and drying equipment usage
• Standard First Aid certification
• Physically fit

Of Note

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement.
