Supervisor, Project Administration (Western Canada)

This 15-month temporary contract role is open exclusively to current On Side Restoration employees with a minimum of one year of continuous employment

PAS’s at On Side help lead the Project Administration team in the essential work they carry out every day. With exceptional knowledge in every area of On Side’s work the PAS can get to the root of any issue and provide guidance, because they’ve dealt with this before!

Project Administration Supervisors are responsible for:

• Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Strategic Planning Support
• Change Management
• Being available to lend expertise
• Monitoring and managing time
• Performance Management
• Conflict Resolution
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization
• Compliance & Process Knowledge
• Managing capacity and allocating resources to ensure nothing gets missed
• Pitching in when needs are high
• Reporting
• CAT Support

What you bring:

• Administrative Expertise: 5+ years of high-level administrative experience, with a proven track record of supporting complex operations.
• Supervisory Success: Previous experience successfully leading and mentoring administrative staff.
• Customer-Centric Approach: A strong background in providing exceptional customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
• Priority Management: The ability to navigate competing, high-priority deadlines and projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Values-Driven Leadership: A commitment to actively embracing and modeling On Side’s core values in every interaction.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: A positive, “can-do” attitude and the ability to solve problems creatively.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to adjust working hours and provide after-hours support during emergency weather or catastrophic (CAT) events.
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel between branches as required.
• Compliance: Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check.

Work Location:
We’re proud to support a flexible hybrid approach which gives everyone the best of both worlds. While there are no minimum or maximum time requirements, each team’s need for in-person connections will be different and there will be times you’ll join your colleagues at the office.

Salary estimates provided in this job posting encompass all locations. Total compensation will be discussed at time of interview and determined by factors such as region, branch size, experience and education.
