On Side Restoration is pleased to announce the June acquisition of Cope Construction Ltd., which included the Windsor Promus Restoration location. With this change, the company is also happy to introduce their newest Ontario Branch Manager, Bill Docherty.

Jay Kielt, Director Ontario and Atlantic shared “We’re pleased to onboard Bill in this key role for our southwestern Ontario branch. He has a solid background in construction and management, and will provide the right combination of technical knowledge and leadership for our team in Windsor.”

Bill Docherty is a Windsor native, has an in-depth background in mechanical and electrical HVAC systems, as well as single family home construction. He worked in the housing industry for 15 years and also served as the president of the Home Builders Association in 2006. Bill also has eight years of property restoration experience. He holds his FSRT, OCT, AMRT, CCT, HST, WRT, UFT and JSR IICRC Certifications, as well as a BA from York University.
