Training
And Certifications
Through our eLearning portal, On Side Academy (OSA), we deliver interactive training to help ensure knowledge is up-to-date and consistent throughout all of our locations. The first level of training begins with instruction on administration or critical information required for the success of a specific job. Levels expand from basic processes to advanced technical training. If a role requires technical expertise beyond what OSA can provide, the employees may receive advanced certifications through external sources.
Where certification is an option our workforce is properly certified, ensuring proper restoration the first time around.
Our staff stay current on their training, both via our mandatory On Side Academy orientation and safety courses, as well as Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) or Restoration Industry Association (RIA) Certifications.
