Whether it’s a school, hospital, commercial high rise, common area of a strata or condo, or an industrial site, we are the experts at restoring property back to pre-loss condition, while protecting people who could be adversely affected along the way.

At On Side, we respond to building emergencies 24/7 and work around the clock to get things done. For every job, a Project Manager leads the project and works closely with all identified people in conjunction with the property requiring restoration. We are with you every step of the way while handling the emergency mitigation, outlining the work to be done, providing cost estimates, selecting materials and scheduling access and repair work accordingly. Communication is critical and we strive to keep all parties in the loop as we progress through the job.

We are licensed and fully insured to handle structural damage, through to hazardous material mitigation and everything in between. Our supervisors are trained to manage crews including full-time abatement specialists, water damage experts, painters, carpenters and most other trades. We also bring in independent experts when needed to address structural issues and develop reconstruction plans that meet regulatory building codes.

On Side Live is an offering exclusive to business clients of On Side Restoration. A combination of our online eClaim™ service and our 24-hour Live Call Centre allows our clients to get additional information and further insight into the status of their project, around the clock.

Our proprietary eClaim™ project management system gives our business-to-business partners online access to photos, day-to-day activities, and other relevant details pertaining to their property damage.

Our 24-hour Live Call Centre is staffed with professionally trained advisors, to actively assist our callers, on every front. Our goal is to help every caller access general or detailed information on their file that they otherwise may have needed to wait until the next day to retrieve.

Our Call Centre can also act as an After Hours Call Service for business-to-business partners who want to offer immediate answers and emergency service for their clients, in real-time. By offering frequent training courses and teaching unparalleled execution, our crews are consistently the best in the country. To keep our standards high, our Client Services Quality Control Department conducts field audits and file audits on a regular basis, and responds accordingly to address any deficiencies. We also use an independent third-party company to conduct customer surveys on all closed jobs. Staff are rewarded for jobs well done or, if necessary, coached further.

On Side has highly skilled and qualified staff to manage practically any job. However, from time to time, we do require additional labour. All sub-trades used within On Side are registered with WCB, carry general liability insurance, and adhere to our standards through strict protocols.
