Branch Leader – Grande Prairie

Compensation: $95,000 – $100,000/year (full-time/permanent)

Are you a seasoned Restoration Project Manager with a natural gift for leadership? On Side Restoration is looking for a Branch Leader to bridge the gap between project execution and team development. In this role, you’ll stay grounded in the field managing restoration projects while acting as the operational heartbeat of the branch. You’ll be responsible for the ‘people side’ of the business, fostering a positive culture, streamlining workflows, and ensuring our team hits every mark for compliance and excellence.

Branch Leaders are responsible for:

• Maintaining claims volumes based on the needs of the branch
• Setting the expectation of superior customer service interactions by team members with customers.
• Provide strong support to Project Mangers to ensure sales activities, revenue expectations, and gross margin targets are being met.
• Playing a key role in business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and growing the client base
• Drive a culture of safety, inclusivity, and profitability.
• Prepare, forecast, analyze and report financial performance for the branch
• Forecast on a monthly basis to identify significant deviations from expected revenue or costs goals defined by the budget
• Provide oversight and review of expenses to ensure they are consistent with branch goals & guidelines
• Relationship management at all levels of the business

What you Bring to the Team

• Strong restoration project management experience and a love for the work
• A proactive, results driven, ownership mindset and a proven record for meeting and exceeding targets and objectives
• A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
• Long-term experience within the restoration industry in a leadership role
• You’re an excellent communicator that easily builds natural, authentic rapport
• Team player, yet self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically at a high-level
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Clear criminal background check
• Established trusted connections in the business community
• Experience with Xactimate
• Computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Of Note:

• Disasters can strike at any time, a rotating after hours on-call work schedule is a requirement.
• The base salary listed is determined by project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships. Total compensation, including commission and bonus structure, will be discussed in full should you be selected for an interview
