The move marks an important milestone in the company’s expansion journey and commitment to higher standards of customer care. “Our planning and design of this new facility have been centered around having a functional, modern facility that can support our growth to better align with our vision for a full service, end to end, internalized insurance and restoration service model”, says Dan Hislop, Territory Manager. “This new space will allow us to elevate our customer experience by focusing on in-house services to better handle all of our customers’ restoration needs,” says Mr. Hislop.

From a state-of-the-art training area for employees, property managers and insurance adjusters, to additional office space, to more than double the operational space for content processing; this new facility promises to be a game-changer move for On Side. With this move, the company looks to improve operations, create efficiencies, and maximize growth opportunities. “We’ll be able to internalize more processes, handle much larger projects and reduce cycle time,” says Mr. Hislop. From an operational lens, Dwayne Harris, Operations Manager, says “the new facility will support our continued growth and allow On Side to expand the breadth of its in-house services. “Our staff are energized and excited to be part of our growing Edmonton team,” says Mr. Harris.

The new branch is located at 17439 129 Ave. NW, Edmonton, AB and operations in the new facility started at the beginning of May.
