National Manager, Flooring

Compensation: $75,000 – $115,000 / year (full-time / permanent)

On Side Restoration is seeking a dynamic and strategic National Manager, Flooring to lead our flooring operations with vision, discipline, and a continuous‑improvement mindset. In this critical national role, you will champion quality, cost control, and consistent performance across all branches by building strong structure, implementing scalable processes, and fostering operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in empowering teams, streamlining workflows, and driving a unified standard of excellence that supports both our people and our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing overall national management of flooring related activities to ensure compliance with standard policies, procedures and client protocol
• Recommend, document and implement policies and procedures that facilitate consistent and efficient flooring performance
• Manage relationships with national flooring providers to ensure smooth working processes
• Encourage participation in continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring

•  5+ years of experience in the flooring restoration industry
• 5+ years of experience in the restoration/emergency industry
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Working knowledge of construction/plumbing/electrical/cleaning
• Extensive flooring knowledge and hands on experience
• Familiarity and knowledge of Lean principles and system

• Salary estimates provided in this job posting encompass all locations. Total compensation will be discussed at time of interview and determined by factors such as region, experience, and education.
