Supervisor, Corporate Invoicing

Compensation: $72,000 – $85,000 /year (full-time / permanent)

Are you someone who loves keeping things organized and ensuring everything adds up? At On Side Restoration, we’re looking for an Invoicing Supervisor to join our friendly team! In this role, you’ll manage the invoicing process, making sure our clients receive accurate and timely bills. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy working in a supportive environment, fully bilingual (French/English) and want to play a key role in helping us deliver top-notch service, we’d love to meet you! Invoicing Supervisor responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Supervise, monitor and direct the team to ensure optimum service level and productivity
  • Train and develop team on new process and protocols, develop skills and coordinate cross-training in other areas within the CSS Department
  • Provide guidance on unique situations, for example, CAT administrative assistance
  • Manage team capacity and allocate resources based on work volume
  • Prepare invoicing and distribute relevant documentation to stakeholders ensuring protocol compliance

 

What you bring:

  •  Minimum 2 years of invoicing experience in the restoration industry
  • Certificate or diploma in office administration or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of office administration experience or equivalent
  • A talent for efficient workflow management
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word.

Nice to have’s:

  • Experience with Xactanalysis would be an asset
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
