On Side Restoration is seeking a dynamic eClaim Help Supervisor to lead our eClaim Help group. In this vital role, you will oversee the team responsible for supporting eClaim users, ensuring the company receives timely, accurate responses across all administrative tasks. We are looking for a “lead by example” professional who can juggle multiple projects and inquiries with ease. If you are highly attentive to detail, customer-service oriented, and bring an upbeat, professional energy to every task, you’ll fit right in.
