Compensation: $49,000 – $53,000 / year (full-time / contract)

The Job – Invoicing Specialist

On Side Restoration is seeking an Invoicing Specialist to join our team. A typical day in the life of the Invoicing Specialist can entail invoice processing and working with internal and external stakeholders, while supporting the organization in a professional upbeat attitude.

Invoicing Specialists are responsible for:

• Receiving and reviewing internal requests for project invoicing
• Preparing and distributing project invoicing for external stakeholders
• Ensuring internal and external compliance with protocol
• Reviewing and collecting on outstanding receivables
• Maintaining effective and timely communications

What you bring:

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a love of problem solving
• Ability to work well under pressure, independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking
• Superior communication skills

Other stuff that’ll help you get the most out of this opportunity:

• Post-secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience preferred

Work location:

• The Invoicing Specialist position allows for work in any location that has an On Side branch location.
