Supervisor, Internal Estimation Support

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 / year (full-time/permanent)

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for coaching teams and optimizing processes? On Side Restoration is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead our Internal Estimation Support team. In this role, you’ll oversee regional staff, drive performance, and ensure excellence in estimate review and compliance. You’ll play a key part in enhancing customer protocols, supporting project managers, and improving technical workflows using Xactimate and XactAnalysis. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional CSS team, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and ongoing coaching.
• Deliver targeted training on Xactimate and XactAnalysis functionalities to enhance team proficiency.
• Review and approve estimates prior to upload, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee coordination and execution of customer protocols, providing clear direction to staff.
• Support resolution of non-compliant estimates or project management issues, offering guidance and corrective strategies.
• Develop and implement action plans in response to customer needs, advising Project Managers and contributing subject matter expertise.
• Maintain and update customer protocol documentation, ensuring accessibility and alignment with current standards.
• Ensure technical and administrative support for Xactimate/XactAnalysis systems and processes.
• Establish and refine procedures to promote compliance and recommend improvements to boost efficiency.
• Contribute to CSS initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience across service touchpoints.
• Manage and optimize macros to streamline estimating workflows.
• Provide cross-functional support as needed in alignment with organizational priorities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience with Xactware software required
• Xactimate certification – level 3
• 2+ years of Restoration Estimation
• 3 years of office administration experience
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in restoration industry is an asset
• Experience as a restoration Project Manager is an asset
