Position Summary
The District Director drives strategy and is accountable for the performance of both sales and operations across a district encompassing 10+ branch locations throughout Ontario. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice-President, the District Director drives regional initiatives, operational efficiencies, and comprehensive financial success across all business lines. As a pivotal leader, the District Director directly manages and mentors Branch Managers within these provinces, ensuring local operations seamlessly align with corporate strategies to achieve both regional and organizational objectives.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $150,000-$170,000/ year
- Negotiable salary based on skills, qualifications and experience
- Annual Performance Incentive Bonus – Percentage of base salary subject to personal and company performance.

What You’ll Do
- Live the On Side Values: Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Generosity, and Customer Driven, while actively driving this culture across the district.
- Lead, train, and build high-performing territory teams, providing consistent leadership, mentorship, and support to Branch Managers.
- Champion Health and Safety initiatives to maximize a culture of safety and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies in close collaboration with Branch Managers and Operations Managers.
- Prepare, forecast, analyze, and report financial performance and status updates for the region to the RVP and senior management.
- Focus on operational excellence and cost control to meet standards, drive profitability, and maximize file management efficiency alongside Branch Managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, focusing on continuous improvement for all parties.
- Lead and implement change management initiatives smoothly across all branch locations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by targeting and meeting our customers’ needs while simultaneously prioritizing employee satisfaction
What You Bring
- Extensive restoration experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Restoration Project Management experience is considered a strong asset.
- Expert-level Xactware (XA) knowledge.
- Strong business acumen with exceptional organizational, directorial, and budget-building abilities.
- A proven track record of strategic priority management and complex problem-solving.
- An ongoing commitment to the development of yourself, your teams, and a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- The ability to travel within Canada to support cross-region teammates.
- A clean criminal record check and valid Canadian drivers licence
