Project Administration Managers at On Side help lead the Project Administration team in the essential work they carry out every day. With exceptional knowledge in every area of On Side’s work the Project Administration Manager can get to the root of any issue and provide guidance, because they’ve dealt with this before!
Compensation
- Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 /year
- Salary based on skills, qualifications and experience
- Annual Performance Incentive Bonus – Percentage of base salary subject to personal and company performance.

What You’ll Do
- Training and developing their reports
- Being available to lend expertise
- Monitoring and managing time
- Managing capacity and allocating resources to ensure nothing gets missed

What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of high-level administrative experience; background in property restoration or construction is highly asset-focused.
- 3+ years of experience supervising, managing, and mentoring teams, with a proven track record of driving collaboration and effective task delegation.
- Proven ability to manage complex team workflows, support strategic planning, and implement process improvements.
- Exceptional knack for handling competing, high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment, including supporting teams through change management and conflict resolution.
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of industry process compliance.
- A positive, “can-do” approach, a genuine love for people, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to adjust working hours to provide after-hours support during emergency weather or catastrophic (CAT) events, and a willingness to travel between branches as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean criminal record check.
