Quality Assurance Specialist

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 / year (full-time / permanent)

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will collaborate closely with our internal management team and external stakeholders to address warranty disputes, workmanship issues, vendor-related damages, client-facing liabilities, and internal customer feedback. This role emphasizes conducting thorough investigations, performing detailed file audits and reviews, managing documentation, and working with industry experts. The goal is to aid in the resolution and/or negotiation processes, consistent with stakeholder requirements and uphold the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective and timely communications with all internal/external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables
  • Assist QA Manager in assessing customer service and workmanship issues, developing and coordinating corrective and preventative action plans
  • Complete internal/external investigations as requested by the QA Manager/Consultant
  • Assist with client facing privacy and documentation requests
  • Monitor QA files with third party resources to ensure that On Side’s interests are protected
  • Contact On Side’s Broker and/or Control Adjuster to report new claims
  • Review AR Risks (Liens/Limitation Dates)
  • Consultations with internal departments regarding QA procedures and protocols
  • Provide direction or support in other areas as requested/required

What you Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Dispute Resolution and Risk Management
  • 3+ years of management experience in the Restoration/Construction industry
  • Property or Liability adjusting experience
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and maintain a high level of discretion when dealing with client-facing privacy and internal documentation
  • Strong proficiency using full Microsoft suite, Doc Link, eClaim, Nav and other internal software systems
  • Fluent in Health and Safety requirements across all branch locations
