On Side Restoration is looking for an Accounts Receivables and Collections Specialist (ARCS) to join our team. A typical day in the life of the ARCS involves initiating and coordinating accounts receivable collections, account reviews, and anything else involved with bringing cash in!

Compensation
- Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
- Salary based on skills, qualifications and experience
- Annual Performance Incentive Bonus – Percentage of base salary subject to personal and company performance.

What You’ll Do
- Prioritizing collections
- Working well with others both internal and external
- Reviewing accounts to determine reasons for delays in collection, including reconciliation of invoices
- Maintaining and updating customer records
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years of collections experience.
- Minimum post-secondary education (Diploma required).
- Strong accounting knowledge and math skills, including percentages, payment applications, and account reconciliations.
- Proven ability to reconcile files and manage high-volume workloads with longer file cycles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment while performing well under pressure.
- Positive, adaptable “can-do” attitude with a demonstrated ability to support innovation and organizational change.
- Insurance industry experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in the construction or restoration industry is considered an asset.
