Branch Leader

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 / year (fulltime-permanent)

On Side Restoration is looking for a Branch Leader to join our team! Reporting to the District Director, Branch Leaders are working Restoration Project Managers who also oversee our branch locations throughout the country.

Branch Leaders are strong Restoration Project Managers who are passionate about leading people. The Branch Leader must have superior restoration project management skills as well as strong organizational management skills. Responsible for managing the Staff side of the business the Branch Leader ensures compliance with all corporate policies at branch level.

• Strong restoration project management experience and a love for the work

• A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity
• You’re an excellent communicator that easily builds natural, authentic rapport
• Team player, yet self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically at a high-level
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Clear criminal background check

 What will set you apart

•  Previous branch manager experience
• Long-term experience within the restoration industry in a leadership role
• You’re awesome and people talk about it (don’t be modest)!
• Computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual (French/English)

 Of Note:

This role supports a second 2 branch location (Saint John) and regular travel between will be required.
