Compensation: $54,000 – $60,000* /year (full-time / permanent)

On Side Restoration is seeking a bilingual eClaim Specialist 1 person to join our team. The eClaim Specialist group entails helping eClaim users, supporting the Project Administration (PA) team and various other administrative tasks. While supporting the organization in a professional upbeat manner.

eClaim Specialist 1 is responsible for:

• Reviews, monitors and actions requests to “eClaimhelp”
• Provides back up and support when required for the PA team
• Provides assistance in the utilization of technology which includes testing new systems and supports in the training of users
• Ensures all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external claims system
• Reviews and assists with internal invoicing for compliance as assigned
• Provides direction or support in other areas as requested/required.
• Mentoring and training business partners in the use of eClaim

What you bring:

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and French
• 3-5 years’ work experience in an administrative role
• Experience with DocLink
• Previous experience in mentoring/training
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work well under pressure, independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking
• Superior communication skills
• Prior experience working in restoration (nice to have)

• The eClaim Specialist 1 position allows for work in any location that has an On Side branch location.
