Position Summary
On Side Restoration is looking for a Bilingual Vendor Management Specialist who enjoys working with people and finding practical solutions. This role helps support and strengthen our national network of vendors by building strong, positive working relationships.
Rather than focusing on day‑to‑day oversight or enforcement, this position is about helping vendors succeed. You’ll guide them through onboarding, clarify expectations, and work closely with internal teams to make it easier for everyone to work together. Along the way, you’ll spot opportunities to improve processes and collaboration.
The ideal candidate is a clear communicator and thoughtful problem solver who enjoys partnering with others, analyzing issues, and continuously improving the vendor experience across the organization.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $67,000-$77,000/year
- Salary based on skills, qualifications and experience
- Annual Performance Incentive Bonus – Percentage of base salary subject to personal and company performance.

What You’ll Do
Vendor Relationships & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, building positive, professional, and productive relationships
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to support onboarding, integration, and ongoing engagement
- Facilitate clear, timely communication to resolve issues, answer questions, and reduce friction
- Assist with escalated vendor inquiries by applying sound judgment and a solutions‑focused approach
Vendor Enablement & Alignment
- Provide guidance to help vendors understand and align with On Side standards, agreements, and regional expectations
- Support vendors and internal stakeholders through changes to processes, tools, or expectations
- Participate in audits, reviews, and accreditation activities as part of a cross‑functional team
Performance Support & Insights (Non‑Supervisory)
- Analyze vendor data and trends to support decision‑making, performance conversations, and continuous improvement
- Provide insight, context, and recommendations to support vendor performance discussions without direct supervision or enforcement
Process Improvement & Operational Support
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor processes, systems, and tools to support efficiency and scalability
- Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows, playbooks, and best practices
- Maintain accurate vendor records and information to support operational visibility and reporting
Professional Standards
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
This role does not manage people and does not function as a compliance enforcement or supervisory position. Instead, it focuses on partnership, guidance, and continuous improvement across the vendor ecosystem.
What You Bring
Experience & Background
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, construction/restoration, or a related environment
- Experience working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Exposure to insurance claims or restoration operations is considered an asset
Technical & Operational Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Comfortable using operational systems and shared platforms (e.g., Doc Link, eClaim, Nav)
- Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into clear, practical guidance
