Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision‑making across On Side. You’ll provide high‑quality financial insight and analysis across the full P&L, partnering closely with Operations and Finance leaders to drive performance, improve reporting, and support business growth initiatives.

Compensation
- Salary Range: $94,000 – $115,000/year
(Based on skills, qualifications, and experience)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company strategy
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations, including KPI and variance analysis
- Conduct in‑depth profitability and variance analysis by branch and region, down to EBITDA, and identify drivers and improvement opportunities
- Partner with Operations leaders to review financial results, monitor expenses, and assess trends in volume, mix, and profitability
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision‑making
- Provide clear, actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior leaders
- Support monthly Senior Management meetings and quarterly Board reporting packages
- Work closely with the Financial Reporting team to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and support estimates and accruals
- Participate in business acquisition activities, including due diligence, valuation modeling, and risk and opportunity assessment
- Promote financial literacy across the organization through business‑focused training and knowledge sharing
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA or CFA designation
- 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, including 2–3 years in FP&A, preferably within a large organization, public company, or public accounting environment
- Strong financial modeling and analytical expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI considered an asset)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Fluent in English; French fluency is highly desirable
